1. Scope, definitions
1.1 For all business relations between Kanaren shop and the orderer (in the following also "Du" or "customer") exclusively these general trading conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order.

2. Conclusion of contract and order process
2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a request to place an order. All offers are valid "while stocks last", unless otherwise noted in the products. For the rest, errors remain reserved.
2.2 The customer can select products from our assortment and collect them via the button "add to cart" in a so-called shopping cart. With the button "Order for payment" he makes a binding application for the purchase of the products in the shopping cart. Before sending the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time.
2.3 We then send the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail in which the customer's order is listed again and which the customer can print out via the "Print" function (order confirmation). The automatic acknowledgment of receipt merely documents that the customer's order has been received by us and does not constitute acceptance of the application. Also, any transmission of the account data via e-mail for the purpose of prepayment payment does not represent a declaration of acceptance from us when we have sent the ordered product to the customer and have confirmed the shipment to the customer with a second e-mail (shipping confirmation).

3. Delivery, product availability
3.1 If no copies of the product selected by him are available at the time of the customer's order, we shall inform the customer of this in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently not available, we refrain from accepting an acceptance. A contract is not concluded in this case.
3.2 If the product designated by the customer in the order is only temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately in the order confirmation. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 180 days, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Incidentally, in this case, we also have the right to cancel the contract. In this case, we will refund any payments already made by the customer immediately.
3.3 The delivery of goods takes place regularly on the shipping route and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing of the seller is decisive.

4. Payment
Basically, we offer the payment methods bank transfer, Skrill, credit and debit card, PayPal, payment on collection and payment on delivery. With each order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.

5. Shipping costs, prices
5.1 After entering the delivery address, the applicable prices and shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and in the order summary.
5.2 The displayed prices are final prices in Euro including the legal Spanish I.G.I.C.
5.3 The delivery is made on the way, shipping and delivery service / courier. It can also be picked in a store.
5.4 The shipping costs for delivery within Gran Canaria are 10, - EUR to 10kg.

5.6. Express delivery service: For the coastal towns in the south of Gran Canaria, we offer an express delivery service. This costs 8, - € per order.
The delivery takes place within 2 hours after receipt of order on the specified working days and the places indicated here. The delivery time of a maximum of 2 hours is not binding and may take longer in individual cases.
The express delivery service is available from Vecindario to Puerto de Mogan. 7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of delivery. You can use the above downloadable cancellation form, which is not required.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The general right of withdrawal at a distance does not apply to contracts that are for the supply of goods that were made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, articles that fall under this rule, have in the item description a note in writing. consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. 9. Redeeming action vouchers

9.3 Action vouchers can only be redeemed before the end of the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. The balance of an action voucher is neither paid in cash nor interest.
9.4 The action voucher can not be transferred to third parties. Several action vouchers can not be combined.
9.5 If the credit balance of an action voucher is insufficient for the order, the difference can be compensated with the offered payment options.
9.6 The action voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part, if the action voucher issued as part of a promotion and no consideration has been provided.
9.7 The action coupon loses its validity if goods are returned in whole or in part and thus fall below the minimum order value linked to the action coupon.

10. Redeem Gift Certificates for Canary-Shop.com
10.1 Gift vouchers (vouchers that you can purchase) can be redeemed for the purchase of items. However, they can not be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
10.2 The credit of a Gift Certificate will not be paid in cash or interest.
10.3 Gift Vouchers and Credit can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Gift vouchers and credits can not be credited retrospectively.
10.4 A cancellation of the purchase of a gift voucher can only be made by our customer service if the gift voucher has not been redeemed yet. A gift certificate is deemed to have been redeemed if it was charged with an order or if it was credited to the credit account.
10.5 If the credit balance of a gift voucher is insufficient for the order, the difference can be compensated with the offered payment options. Promotional Vouchers can not be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
10.6 You can not use more than one gift certificate when placing an order. Gift vouchers can not be combined with promotional vouchers.

10.8 In case of loss, theft or unintelligibility of gift cards not caused by us, we assume no liability. Likewise, we assume no liability for spelling errors in the e-mail address of the coupon recipient.
10.9 The Gift Certificate is transferable. The use of the vouchers for commercial purposes is not permitted. The duplication, editing or manipulation of the vouchers is also not permitted and will be prosecuted

11. Privacy
11.1 We process personal data of our customers for specific purposes and in accordance with the statutory provisions. The personal data provided for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, e-mail address, address, payment details) will be used by us to fulfill and process the contract. 12. Contract language, contract text storage and final provisions

12.2 The contract language is Spanish.
12.3 If the customer is a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the jurisdiction of the court of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and us.
12.4 Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this does not invalidate the entire contract. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the pertinent statutory regulation.
